This year marks a special milestone for us at Green Ayurveda Spa — 20 years of sharing the healing power of Ayurveda with our community. From our humble beginnings as a small centre, we have grown into a sanctuary of wellbeing, rooted in the timeless traditions of Ayurveda and enriched by the trust and support of those we serve.

Our mission has always been simple yet profound: to care for the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — using natural, holistic approaches that restore balance and harmony. Over the years, this mission has expanded to include not only Ayurvedic therapies, but also Yoga, Healing Retreats, and Transformational Courses. While our services have evolved, our heart has remained the same.

What we’ve come to value most in these two decades are the connections we’ve built. Every therapy, every consultation, every word of encouragement has reminded us that healing begins with human connection. The relationships we’ve formed with our clients and community are the true foundation of our work.

Behind it all stands a team of dedicated Ayurvedic doctors and therapists whose passion and care have made this journey possible. Their commitment to healing goes beyond knowledge—it is a calling, expressed daily through kindness, skill, and sincerity.
