3 day cleanse program includes

• Introduction to the holistic values and benefits of AyurVeda, Yoga and Meditation.
• AyurVedic Consultation to determine your Dosha : We give priority to your needs & necessities; you say Weight loss, Detox, Rejuvenation: and we can tailor the days for you by selecting the appropriate treatments.
• AyurVeda Therapy: that stimulates the organs of detoxification to eliminate any toxins.
• AyurVeda Therapy: stimulate the tissues to release unwanted debris and stress while increasing circulation and release tensions and tightness within the muscles.
• Herbal steam bath – detoxification through sweating
• Yoga: to improve the flexibility & balance
• Pranayama: Pranayama encourage the lungs to detoxify the toxins from smoking.
• Detox lunch & Diet advice based on recipes from Kerala, India is very light, easy to digest and helps to lose weight.
• Food allergies and intolerances : Some of our dishes contain allergens like milk, mustard, sesame, and celery. We will be able to alter the cooking without allergens if required. Please speak to our staff about the ingredients in your meal when you are ordering or while Ayurveda consultation.
• Meditation and deep relaxation helps to encourage the mind and body to release tension on all levels to rejuvenate and restore, as well as connecting to your clear intentions for the coming year!!!

All AyurVeda Therapies will be only decided after your consultation with our AyurVeda Doctor. You will be having more than 2 hours of AyurVeda Therapy per day.
